More recently, the growing rise in the crimes against Human Rights have led various Courts exhibiting a sensitive approach and while dealing with such crimes, the culprits are being convicted by the Courts, more often than not. The judgments of various criminal Courts are studied to know the status of the medical witnesses, whose opinions in such cases are open to be cross-examined by another Medical expert. Various rulings of the Courts ranging from Session to Apex Court are studied to find the consistency, if any, in regard to the matters ofconflict of opinion between two Medical witnesses, specially where the difference may appear to be of scientific nature.
