It is of ten seen that an incident of murder is misguided by witness as accident. The reason for this could be to avoid involvement in the case and subsequent court attendance, fear from the actual murderer, to save the accused, or merely out of ignorance. One person who was killed by road accident as per the statement of the witnesses, when autopsied, post mortem proved the case otherwise.
