We report the death of a middle-aged male diabetic after prolonged fasting and administration of Insulin. The deceased was an Insulin dependent Diabetic. Cause of death was established by autopsy and laboratory investigations. Suicide was established by circumstantial evidence and the presence of a suicide note.
