Suicidal hanging with face masks and bound limbs – Three case reports

We report three separate cases of suicidal hanging. In two cases mouth was closed by a piece of cloth tied over it, while in the third case a handkerchief was gagged inside the mouth. In one case the legs were tied loosely. Two of them were incomplete hanging cases. Interestingly all cases were adult male belonging to a particular community (Oriya). All of them had migrated to Delhi from Orissa for their livelihood.
