A three and a half year old child was playing with his younger brother (one and a half year old) in a car. He sticked out his head through the driver's side window. Suddenly the power window raised upward pressing against his neck. He struggled to release himself but failed until the whole body limped. Some saliva was seen trickled on the window glass surface from his mouth. His father rushed to release him but the child was already not breathing. Apparently, his younger brother had pressed the power window's switch while playing at the front seat of the car. Postmortem examination revealed that the deceased had died of neck compression consistent with that due to the car power window. The manner of death was given as accidental death.
