Abstract

In rape cases several exhibits like under garments, vaginal swabs, and slides are sent for examinations of spermatozoas. But in cases where condoms are used in sexual act, it is some times very difficult to get the spermatozoa on victims belonging. The present work describes the connection of accused with victim in this type of cases.
