Dyadic death refers to multiple deaths occurring concurrently to one or more persons with/without a mutual understanding of each other and they can be in the form of homicide-suicide or suicide-suicide. In dyadic death, the preferred methods for both homicide and suicide are hanging, poisoning and firearms. We present a case of dyadic death, where the husband killed his wife by stabbing over the chest and abdomen and later committed suicide by stabbing himself over the abdomen using a kitchen knife. The method used in this case is rarely reported in medicolegal literature.
