Present paper examines the relationship between profile and entrepreneurial attitude of Agricultural students in three constituent colleges i.e. College of Agriculture Latur, College of Agriculture Osmanabad, and College of Agriculture Ambajogai which comes under Vasantrao Naik Marathwad Krishi Vidyapeeth, Parbhani. The data were composed personally with the help of structured interview schedule. The total 120 agricultural students were considered as respondents of these selected colleges. Among thirteen independent variables, seven variables were positively significantly related with entrepreneurial attitude of the students. Variable like academic achievement, participation in extracurricular activities, family land holding, family income, achievement motivation, innovativeness, market orientation, decision making ability were positively correlated towards attitude of the students at 5.00 per cent and 1.00 per cent significant level respectively. Whereas one variable namely, family background exhibited negatively significant relationship with existing attitude of the students. And birth orders, sizes of family, father’s education, father’s occupation were establish non-significant relationship with entrepreneurial attitude of the students.
