The paper gives an overview of the Banaras Hindu University Library system, Impact of information and communication technology on BHU Library staff and their satisfaction with the implementation of ICT. The study reveals that there is improvement in IT skills of the staff after ICT implementation and majority of the staffs are enthusiastic about working with computers.
