Abstract

Post globalization era has been witnessed by technological changes, which has influenced the recruitment program in an organizations and millennialjob seekers in theirjob search activity. E-Recruitment has become a vital platform for organizations to search for best talent. In this digital age it is imperative to study and identify the factors affecting online job search among millennial and post millennial students of Delhi from state and private university. A total of 150 respondents administered to the online questionnaire. The study was descriptive in nature, where factor analysis, reliability and adequacy was tested using IBM- SPSS. Result identified various factors affecting the perception of students towards E-Recruitment.
