Abstract

In the present era of digital revolution and innovation, where three generations - Generation X, Generation Y and Generation Z are working together, the work behavior of employees have changed. Their needs and aspirations have also taken a different shape. Hence, the present study investigated how hierarchical pyramid of Maslow’s motivation theory relates to today’s diverse generational workforce.
