Employer Brand term is generally used to depict status and reputation as an employer, and its value scheme to its potential workforce, in contrast to its generic business brand image and value scheme to clienteles. The current research article aims to detect characteristics affecting the employee satisfaction of talented resource in the organization. Various factors of employer branding are considered in this study - responsibility and empowerment inbuilt in the job, reimbursement and compensation, career planning and training and satisfaction to work in an organization. Studies have discovered the benefits of being an “attractive employer” and show up that branding of the organization will affect overall business performance noticeably. In addition, a questionnaire was adapted from previous research to assess the impact of brand image of organisation, influence patterns and several cultural attributes leading to employee satisfaction. 100 respondents filled the questionnaire and statistical techniques applied were correlation and regression. The study showed all the factors of employer branding influence freshers as talent resource.
