Abstract

MCS is a good organization that is providing a great service with respect to their Software Product “Financial Accounting & Inventory Control System Application” (FAMS). The software is doing well as per the study conducted. The perception of the consumers is good towards the software though there are certain points those need be incorporated by the organization and the same have been recommended. FAMS is providing timely, accurate & faster processing with relatively less turnaround time. The main objective of this paper is to understand the Perception of customers towards the Software “FAMS” with respect to the ease of use and its viability in their day to day business. For doing so, a questionnaire has been prepared and distributed among the users of FAMS in the area “WAZIRPUR Industrial Area, Delhi”. The responses have been carefully analyzed and some recommendations have been proposed to the organization. Results show that software is good with respect to the organization’s standing in the market but since some of the customers are still not agreeing to the question, the organization needs to make some quick changes so that the perception gets better. More services should be identified and incorporated into the software. It is quite possible that latest software might be offering new services those are still to be incorporated in FAMS
