In this world of cutthroat competition, every organization needs Human Resource Management (HRM). It is a crucial resource for enhancing the performance of an organization. To succeed in this competitive world, it is essential for an organization to fulfil the demands and needs of its consumer and for this purpose, it is imperative that the organization implement innovative HR practices. Presently, HRM has been drifting away from conventional management functions like recruitment, selection, appraisal to most progressive processes such as automation, augmented intelligence, robotics, and artificial intelligence (AI). These processes will remodel and redesign the operation of HRM in many organizations. Nowadays, AI is the popular expression as it is completely transfiguring HRM, offering plenty of jobs, generating simple techniques for recruiting, providing innovative applications and innovative solutions to different issues of the organization. This exciting scholarly interest is to attempt this examination to investigate the influence of artificial intelligence (AI) on Human Resource Management (HRM) using Smart PLS-SEM in the IT sector of Pune.
