Le content is organised to improve understanding of business strategy and policy in the present environment, entrepreneurship, human resource management, organisational behaviour, organisational theory, banking, finance, and research methodologies, among other topics. Le goal of this journal is to motivate scholars to work hard and build structured research abilities, as well as to promote highperforming perspectives and ideas to the progressive world.</p><p>Lis issue features 12 manuscripts submitted by notable academicians, researchers, and intellectuals.
