We would like to present, with great pleasure, Volume -14 of Journal of Global Information and Business Strategy (jgibs). We with stand to place this issue before readers & subscribers, with intent to furnish quality research papers, articles, case study, etc. in the field of Management, Social Sciences, Psychology & Computer science. We are gratified to the contributors for submitting their research work as per the journal guidelines and for having patience throughout the publication of this issue. The sincere efforts of the editors for their relentless work and their completion in time are highly appreciable. We feel indebted towards the editorial advisory board members & our experts for their constant support & guidelines. We believe that the research oriented and thought provoking manuscripts published in this journal will be a great contribution towards research in numerous fields.

Journal of Global Information and Business strategy is an annual publication and we are glad to publish the intellectual capital created by the notable scholars and intellectuals. The subject matter is arranged so as to enhance the understanding in the area of business strategy and policy in current pandemic scenario, entrepreneurship, human resource management, organizational behaviour, organizational theory, banking, finances, research methods etc. This publication aims to encourage scholars to work hard and develop organized research skills and disseminate high performance views and ideas to the progressive World.

This issue contains 12 manuscripts contributed jointly/singly by prominent academicians, scholars and intellectuals. This issue touches diverse areas that are psychological immunity in pandemic, changing paradigm of teaching competencies in virtual world, environmental issues, flexible work arrangements, banking, medical negligence, corporate social responsibility etc. All the manuscripts are duly reviewed by reviewers in Blind review method.
