The global commercial enterprise environment’s current trend urges continuous improvement to boost aggressive benefits for any company’s survival and long-term growth. The Kaizen methodology has been optimally implemented to enhance organizational operations. The goal of this study was to examine and investigate the advantages of effectively implementing the Kaizen technique for the long-term growth of a business enterprise, as well as to identify the factors that contribute to successful Kaizen implementation.
For this research paper case study method is adopted and analysis is done with the help of statistical tools. A questionnaire under five-point likert scale is developed to collect the data from a manufacturing company of NCR region (India). The targeted population is HR professionals and kaizen team members of the manufacturing company.
Though the Kaizen technique isn’t a common approach in Indian contexts for continuous improvement and development, a number of companies are using this continuous improvement approach for increasing employees, performance and sustainable growth. This study helps us to find out various determinants from the literature overview that are useful in successful implementation of Kaizen and sustainable growth of a company. Similarly, successful implementation of Kaizen has an effective impact on the company’s sustainable growth through Kaizen training and employee engagement.
The finding may also help the practitioners and experts who have the preference to discover a better manner of kaizen implementation in other industries of India. The limitation of the study is that it is concerned only with a single organization. The researchers may additionally look into with the similar determinants in different industries too and with number of organizations.
