Abstract

This study examines the human resource (HR) strategies employed by leading luxury jewelry brands to manage talent, foster innovation, and drive organizational performance. Focusing on Dainty, Tiffany & Co., and Cartier, the research evaluates key HR practices such as recruitment, training, employee engagement, leadership development, and diversity initiatives. The study aims to understand how HR strategies align with brand values, identify best practices in talent acquisition and retention, and assess their impact on employee satisfaction and business outcomes. Secondary data sources, including company reports, interviews, and industry analyses, were used to provide a comprehensive exploration of HR practices in the luxury jewelry sector. The findings underscore the critical role of aligning HR policies with brand identity, promoting a culture of creativity and high performance, and leveraging strategic HR initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent. While the study provides significant insights, its scope is limited to three brands, qualitative analysis, and the rapidly evolving nature of the luxury sector. Future research could expand on this work by analyzing a broader range of brands, integrating quantitative methods, and investigating the implications of technological innovations and sustainability on HR strategies in the luxury industry. This study offers actionable recommendations for HR professionals and business leaders on crafting effective HR strategies to sustain competitive advantage in the luxury jewelry market.
