Employee satisfaction is the term that is used to describe whether employees are happy and comfortable in the environment that is being provided to them at the work. Many actions sustain the belief that employee satisfaction serves as an important factor in motivating the employees, in employee goal achievement, and in maintaining the positive morale in the workplace. Employee satisfaction plays a momentous part in defining the organizational success. It is therefore, needed to understand as to how the employees working in the organization can be kept contended and motivated so as to achieve extra ordinary results. Customer satisfaction seems to be a natural outcome of employee satisfaction and in turn organizational success is the result of this duo. There is a need for the development of a work environment that motivates employees to give quality response to the needs of the customer. The objective of this study is to examine the relationship between employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction and to analyze the impact of both on organizational success. This study inspects the effects of different variables of organization that affects the satisfaction of employee. The data was collected with the help of questionnaire which contains multiple choice questions and open-ended questions. The results derived from the principal component analysis (PCA) based on correlation matrix discovered that a great deal of employees (Haryana Roadways) satisfaction exists among surveyed respondents where customers also had articulated satisfaction with offered services. This study confirms oblique relation between organizational success and employee satisfaction which was mediated by the satisfaction of the customers.
