Abstract

This study explores the employees ’ attitude towards organizational set practice in hospitality industry. It highlights the relationship between organizational prestige and perceived CSR on Intention to stay among the employees. The study used a sample of 195 employees to establish this relationship by analyzing the responses of employees. The findings of the study revealed a strong relationship between perceived CSR and employees ’ intention to stay, but not with perceived organizational prestige. The marital status has shown no effect betwe en the relationship of perceived CSR and employees ’ intention to stay.
