Chlorophytum borivilianum Sant. et Fernand is a traditional medicinal plant of Mewar region of Rajasthan. On account of its high medicinal value, there is a need for its in-situ cultivation. In the present study various pollen extracts of Brassica napus were used to enhance the production of Chlorophytum borivilianum. The growth parameters taken into account were number of tuberous roots, freshweight of tuberous roots, weight of fresh leaves and number of seeds per plant. A significant increase in the total freshweight and dry weight of roots of Chlorophytum borivilianum treated with Brassica napus pollen extract solvent was noticed.
