IAA, KN and GA Stimulate in Vitro Salt Stressed Callus Development of Phaseolus Aureus CV. K-851.

When leaves of Phaseolus aureus cv. K-851 kept into MS medium with 1×10⁻¹ M NaCl, inhibited callus formation, shoot and root growth was noted. This inhibition was reduced by the treatment of 1×10⁻¹⁰M of IAA, Kn and GA into medium individually. While, this reduction become maximum by supplementation of mixture of IAA+ Kn+ GA (1×10⁻¹⁰ M each).
