This Study mainly concentrate on analysis and ranking of three main Software Reliability models according to TBF (Time between Failures) and Accuracy criteria. Till now, so many SRGMs (Software Reliability Growth Models) have been developed, but the main issue is that, it remains largely unsolved that which model give accurate results according to particular circumstances and environmental conditions. As it is known that, if a software reliability model have more TBF and accuracy than others, then it is considered as best model because reliability is directly proportional to TBF and accuracy. The main objective of this research is to analyze three SRGM models name as Jelinski-Moranda Model, Musa-Basic Model, Musa-Okumoto Model on the basis of two main criteria-TBF (Time between Failures) and Accuracy and then give rank to them from maximum to minimum values.
