Results indicate that modified Kamdhenu ark cures the plasmid/s from Staphylococcus aureus and coagulase negative Staphylococcus. Modified Kamdhenu ark Increased susceptibility and efficacy of mastitogens towards antibiotics recorded in present study. Present findings are of immense value as it can possibly help overcome the problem of treatment of mastitis due to drug resistance among the mastitogens.
