The present study was 42 cases conducted in cases of obstructive urolithiasis in calves aged between 2 to 12 months. These cases revealed a variety of associated pathology which were i.e necrosis of urinary bladder, necrosis of urethra at the site of lodgement of calculi, uroperitonium, necrosis of tissue involving, abdominal muscle and skin in the lateroventral abdominal area, sheath and scrotal skin. Majority of these pathology were caused either by pressure created by calculi or urine or following escape of urine in abdominal cavity and subcutaneous tissue.
