Abstract

The electrophoretic fractionation of principal serum proteins in camel, cow, buffalo, sheep, goat, horse, rabbit and man revealed that various protein fractions and subfractions differed in per cent concentrations. Among different globulins r-2 subfraction was highest in camel serum. The comparison of various species revealed a major difference indicating conspicuous absence of prealbumin proteins in camel serum.
