Immunoglobulin-G concentration was measured in serum samples from broiler chicks of different groups of experimental inclusion body hepatitis (IBH) virus as determined by rocket immuno-electrophoresis. It revealed a decrease in its concentration in IBHV infected (group II), IBHV infected and a1latoxin treated (group III) and IBHV infected and cyclophosphamide treated (group IV) groups. The maximum decrease was recorded on 10 DPI. The values improved slightly in group-II, but remained significantly decreased in other two groups (III and IV). Sera from spontaneous cases of IBH also revealed decrease in IgG concentration.
