The non-immune binding activity with S. aureus and E. coli antigen was present in normal camel serum having a titre of 1:32 for both the organisms. The titre was higher (1:64) for S. aureus in serum of camel suffering from multiple skin abscesses. The elution profile, identification of protein eluates and agglutination with S. aureus revealed higher concetration of IgG2 in serum from camel with multiple skin abscesses.
