Abstract

Colibacillosis was produced in 50 broiler chicks by intraperitoneal inoculation of 1 × 108.7 CFU of E. coli serotype 02. Agglutination titre and albumin/glubulin (A/G) ratio was ascessed in serum at assending intervals. A significant increase in agglutination titre and globulin percentage was observed in infected chicks.
