Abstract

Five healthy goats were used for the present study. Ultra structurally the lymphocytes were almost circular in out line with long cytoplasmic processes. The cytoplasm contained large sized mitochondria with well developed septae. There were few oval or circular shaped membrane bound cytoplasmic granules in large lymphocytes. The cytoplasm of monocytes had pleomorphic granules of varying size, vesicles with varying amount of lysed material and empty vacuoles with lamellated material of different shapes.
