Lymphoma, a benign tumour of lymphoid cells, was observed around the bulbar gland of penis in a crossbred male dog brought to the College clinic with complaint of pain, difficulty in micturition and blood in the urine for the last six weeks. The excised tumour outgrowth was elliptical in shape, pinkish coloured and somehow soft in consistency enclosed by a fibrosis tissue capsule. The neoplastic cells appeared to be lymphocytes and some immature forms of lymphoid cells. The unrestricted sexual contact could be the cause of the spread of the venereal tumours in dogs.
