In the present study, role of IL-2 and GM-CSF as immuno-modulatory molecules in FMD vaccinal immune response was investigated in murine model. with particular reference to humoral and cellular immune response. Both IL-2 and GM-CSF were able to enhance humoral and cellular immune response against FMD virus types O, A, and Asia-1.
