In the present investigation immunomodulatory role of probiotic (Saccaharomyces cerevisiae 1026) and herbal performance enhancer (Zigbir) was studied on the growth, carcass traits and immune response in broilers. Compared to the control it was found that experimental diet positively influenced the growth disease resistance and immune response both in cellular and humoral immunity against R-D antigen.
