In present study, the effect of bromodialone, a rodenticide, was explored on production of interleukin-1 and interleukin-2 by avian mononuclear cells isolated from blood. No observable effect level (NOEL) dose of bromodialone when fed to poultry for 180 days, caused significant decrease in production of IL-1 and IL-2 by avian mononuclear cells as measured by ELISA.
