The present study aims at evaluating the effect of immuplus, a herbal immunomodulator, on the humoral immunity in developing stages of chicks. For this purpose 104 chicks of 0 day age were maintained upto 60 days of age under ideal husbandry conditions in two group of 52 each. One group was given immuplus @25 mg/kg body weight in drinking water and the other group were kept as control. All the chicks were vaccinated against Newcastle disease and Infectious bursal disease. Blood samples were collected at 5 days interval from day 1 to 60 days of age from each group and subjected to estimation of IgG, IgM and IgA using ELISA. The mean ELISA values revealed high immunoglobulin (lgG, IgM and IgA) titre in the birds treated with immuplus as compared to the control group of the birds.
