The cow's urine has been reported to be of great therapeutic value in wide spectrum of diseases due to presence of useful proteins, vitamins and enzymes (Stoic, 1982; Kumar, 2001). For this study, an experiment was conducted to evaluate effect of cow's urine as an immunomodulatory agent in experimental rats. The cell-mediated immunity was evaluated by delayed type hypersensitivity reaction against 1% DNCB and humoral immunity by the qualitative estimation of serum immunoglobulin through Sodium Sulphite Turbidity Test. It was concluded that cow's urine has potent immunomodulatory effect and capable to enhance both type of immunity.
