Raised level of Anti Amoebic Antibodies (AAA) have been reported in group of patients of immunoarthrites (IA). Both level of IgA and IgG Anti Amoebic have been found to be raised. In addition to raised in complement level degree of intensity of pain have also been found increased in peripheral joint as compared to normal healthy individual study by above aspects with ELISA, micro ELISA, lmmuno fluorescence Assay (IFA), Immuno heamogglutination assay (IHA) have confirmed the reports.
