The present investigation was carried out to study the sero-conversion in chicks infected with reovirus. For the purpose a total of 40 chicks were kept under standard hygienic condition and were divided into two groups. Group A serves as uninfected control while group B chicks were given avian reovirus @ 1 ml of 107 TCID50. Five birds from each group were taken after every 5 days interval for collection of blood. The sero-conversion was observed on day 15 post-infection in broiler chickens of group-B by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). There was an increase of approximately 50% antibody titre from the control at day 15 in avian reovirus infected chickens.
