In the present investigation plasmid profile of multiple drug resistant Staphylococcus aureus isolated from cases of subclinical mastitis in cows was studied and attempt was made to cure the plasmid by employing Kamdhenu ark i.e., cow urine distillate. Of the 40 isolates, 30 isolates exhibited two different patterns of plasmid. Kamdhenu ark could cure the plasmid from 46.66% of isolates.
