The expression of complement receptors CR1, CR2, CR3 and CR4 on peripheral blood lymphocytes and monocytes in pulmonary tuberculosis is reported. Decreased expression of complement receptors was found in the cells isolated from active tuberculosis patients compared to those who had completed six months of treatment for pulmonary tuberculosis and healthy controls.
