Abstract

The double antibody sandwich ELISA based on baculovirus expressed non structural protein (NSP) 3A of FMD virus and monoclonal antibody against NSP 3A, was used for differentiation of Foot-and-Mouth Disease (FMD) infected and vaccinated animals (DIVA) using milk samples from buffaloes from rural cohort. The antibodies against 3A NSP were detected in 8.8% of milk samples.
