Comparative study of C# and Java

By the comparative study of four chosen programming languages C, C++, C# and Java from theatrical aspect to practical aspect, this review paper highlights the technical features and actual performance of these programming languages. The main purpose of this study is to guide people to make a strategic decision to use the most suitable programming language to develop the new software system.
