Authorship Patterns and Collaborative Research in Library Trend Journal, 2013–2018: A Bibliometric Study

Abstract

This paper analysis the various aspects of the articles published in Library Trends Journal during 2013–2018. There are 195 articles and 308 authors were analysed by year wise distribution of research articles, author productivity, authorship pattern volume wise authorship pattern and degree of collaboration. It is the widely used aspect of bibliometric analysis. The highest of 47 (24.10%) paper were published in 2013–2014 and lowest of 30 (15.38%) in 2017–2018. The highest number of author productivity is 70 (23.41%) in the year 2016–2017 and lowest 54 (18.06%) in 2015–2016.
