Abstract

The modern trend of digitalization is based on AI, and most organizations are incorporating AI into their daily routines to improve their productivity. Using previous research, this study examines the impact of Artificial Intelligence on workplace engagement and how it affects employee behavior within an organization. It has been established that AI may improve and enhance HR functions in an organization. It also helps in attracting and motivating people, and all of this contributes to a better work environment and helps to develop confidence in the company. However, tremendous potential of AI for improving organisational performance may be undermined if its implementation isn't handled with caution. As a result, it will necessitate adequate recruiting, training, and a culture of internal openness to ensure that AI does not become a tool of control but rather a tool for building trust and commitment in the workplace.
