Personalized service recommendation system using big data-A survey

Nowadays, recommendation systems are experienced by everyone on the web. They are found in many e-commerce applications today like amazon, flip kart or myntra. Recommendation system provides with the list of recommendations as per the preference or taste of users. Success of different recommendation system depends on quality and volume of data available. To handle such volume of data we have Big Data to process large volume of data. This paper summarizes various aspects of recommendation system, challenges/issues. It also discusses current recommendation methods and their respective limitations to be overcome.
