Analyzing E-Commerce website using Google Analytics Tool to enhance Customer Interaction

Abstract

The dynamic nature of the web increases the importance of E-commerce platforms, which creates the need for good performance in E-commerce websites. Understanding user's invisible behaviour and responding with favourable solutions are important issues in continuously increasing online market, which in turn results in better user experience. This paper provides a study of Google Analytics for an E-commerce website, so that they can increase the performance of the website and revenue generated. After studying the Google Analytics of the website, we formulated research questions and recommended the solution to the website owners.
