In the existing technique, Direct and Indirect cyberbullying Identification of User Character (IUC), Identification of Trustworthiness of the User (ITU) are detected using classifiers techniques from the Twitter dataset. This proposed technique is going to detect cyberbullying from direct, indirect cyberbullying techniques and to prevent the cyberbullying by reflective messages and also to recover the victims using depression technique. Along with existing technique, this proposed technique is going to detect depression from the cyberbully affected persons in order to recover from their depressive mood. The depression can be detected by using the following techniques, namely, Cognitive distortions, Depressive rumination, Content valence and Attitude towards others. This proposed technique also reduces the cyber harassment by showing the reflective messages to the harassing persons.
