This study is an attempt to the Benchmarking HR policies of different companies which are adding to the motivational level of employees and thus helping them to lower the attrition rate at the entry level. This effort will provide a valuable insight to Lanco Global systems Limited in evaluating its offered benefits, improving the employee satisfaction and thus ensuring there long term contract with Lanco Global Systems Limited.
