The present paper deals with the concept of the mental health of marketing personnel in relation to coping styles and quality of work life. A sample of 173 insurance marketing personnel was taken to explore the relationships among the dimensions of coping styles (positive reappraisal, seeking support and guidance, problem solving, cognitive avoidance, acceptance or resignation, seeking alternative rewards, emotional discharge), quality of work life and mental health. It has been observed that some dimensions of quality of work life and coping styles have significant relationship with mental health.
