Acquisitions are more frequent in Indian business organizations in recent years. However, the process of acquisition involves two groups, which can gain from it. They are the management of both the firms and latter include employees, consumers and communities in which the operations of the acquired firm is located. After acquisition, the acquired organizations have given much more emphasis on interpersonal relations, quality of work life, employee empowerment and involvement, IR aspects, effective separation and rehabilitation of redundant employees to develop healthy labourmanagement relations scenario. The present paper is an analysis of labour-management relations scenario in the acquired organizations and lives of the employees they lead owing to voluntaiy separation.
